In 1985, Mr. Sanil formed Silpa Constructions to meet the ever growing demand of quality building in Kerala. By choosing Kochi as its headquarters and by carefully selecting and completing some prestigious projects it cruised smoothly as one of the most trusted contractors in Kerala. In the year 2007, Silpa Constructions has been changed as SILPA Projects & Infrastructure (India) Private Limited and incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. Though Silpa started with construction of small buildings, it slowly graduated to projects which have made Silpa a prominent name in the industry. Silpa has a wide based portfolio, including residences, corporate houses, apartments and commercial & industrial buildings which spans around two decades with a strong satisfied customer base...

AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE Shri T. S. Sanil, Managing Director of Silpa Projects & Infrastructure (India) Private Limited, Kochi received an award and citation from the HOn'ble Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India, Justice Dr. K. G. Balakrishnan, for the timely completion (11 months) of the Golden Jubilee Complex (1.5 lakhs sft) of the Kerala High Court Advocates' Association on 10.04.2010 at Kochi.

Mr. Sanil,  receives Memento from Dr.Anbu Mani Ramdas, Hon'ble Minister for Health, Govt. of India, on the occasion of inaugural function of Amla Institute of Medical Science Hospital Building at Thrissur.

As an approval for maintaining the highest standard of quality control system Silpa is certified as an ISO 9001 : 2000 Company by BVQI/UKAS.
